After trying to work with another publisher to produce the comic NinjaWitch, Amy and Justin Hunt found that they weren't getting the results that they had wanted both in art and in the translation of the story from script to comic. They parted ways and formed Mythos Comics Group in order to have more control over the process and ensure that the product matched what they had envisioned.  

The myths of old focused on some fantastic narratives that came from mostly unknown origins and related ostensibly to actual events. Myths have a certain authority not by proving themselves, but by presenting themselves and is of central importance in the study of both individual societies and of human culture as a whole. 

Because the stories that we share with you have blends of superstition, mystical arts, fantastic characters, and focus on human struggles through storytelling, we thought that naming a comic book company Mythos Comics Group made sense. 

We are excited to share our stories with you, brought to life with visually appealing art and colors from some of the industry's best creatives. It indeed takes a whole team to make a successful book, and we are proud of the teams that we have built, and continue to build.
